How can you empower the energy transition with an empty battery? Exactly! We offer you 30 vacation days for your relaxation.
If they wish, Tioneers receive a membership subsidy for EGYM Wellpass, a network of sports and wellness facilities in Germany and Austria. We even have gym right next to our Munich office covered by this membership.
Apropos: Delicious coffee from a local coffee roaster, healthy snacks from KoRo and fresh fruits are also always available at our headquarters.
Our full-time employees will be offered a yearly learning and development budget of €1,000, independent of their career level or area of work.
Moreover, full-time Tioneers who are not native German speakers will receive a German course subsidy if they wish.
We are a growing team of talents from all over the world: As of June 2025, we cheer to 36 full-time employees from [12] countries and a female share of [30]%, which we always aim to increase. To make Tion a great place to work, we communicate openly and find solutions together.
We believe that success deserves a celebration, and a celebration promotes collaboration across a growing company. Hence, we host several team events a year, including a 3-day offsite and an afternoon at Munich’s famous Oktoberfest.
Our headquarters in the east of Munich is easily accessible by public transportation (subway, bus, train).
There are many ways to make a positive contribution to the development of Planet Earth – like generating clean energy or using clean mobility solutions. Accordingly, we offer salary conversion for company leasing models for electric cars (JobAuto by FINN Auto) for our full-time employees.
