About Us

Business Model

Since our stock market debut in 2019, we have built a strong track record as a dynamically growing renewable energy producer. The energy transition now offers us more opportunities than ever.

We invest into both infrastructure and businesses within the energy transition space to make use of the full spectrum of opportunities offered by the increasing global efforts to decarbonize our electricity system.

Driven by the commitment to accelerate the transition toward a clean energy future, today we operate a portfolio of wind and solar parks across Europe, hold a stake in the European IPP clearvise AG, and have priority access to a pipeline of more than 5 GW of renewable energy projects including 1.5 GW of battery storage projects.

We want to lead into a new era of energy and actively shape our future. A future in motion.

Our Story

Following our stock market debut in November 2019 we have successfully raised capital to build a European portfolio of onshore wind and solar parks. We have increased our network of development partners and built priority access to more than 5 GW including 1.5 GW battery storage projects. With the increased global efforts to decarbonize our electricity system, a range of new opportunities arise. To make use of our pipeline and the full spectrum of opportunities offered by the energy transition, we decided to develop further and evolve from our renewables origins to an investment company dedicated to the entire energy transition.

Values

To maximize our positive impact and deliver excellence every day, we rely on the following set of six core values.

Excellence

We strive to improve every day in order to deliver excellence. We pursue every challenge with the determination to not only succeed but exceed expectations.

Reflection

We perceive continuous reflection as crucial for progress. Questioning the status quo, assumptions about the future and the Group helps us to make better and more responsible decisions.

Transparency

Transparency forms the cornerstone of how we work together and helps our team to be aligned and work efficiently toward the Group’s goals. Transparency is also key in our external corporate communication.

Passion

Accelerating the transition toward a clean energy future drives us. This enables us to be ready to learn every day, thereby continuously evolving and surpassing ourselves.

Responsibility

Each member of our team is given a lot of responsibility and is highly responsible and feels a strong sense of ownership. We take responsibility for our actions and hold ourselves and each other accountable for any actions and their impact on others and the environment.

Integrity

Without compromise, we hold ourselves accountable to the highest moral standards. We build on honesty, sincerity, and candor when interacting with each other within the Company or with our external stakeholders and society as such.
