Christoph Strasser, Co-CEO/CIO

Christoph is our Co-CEO/CIO. Before joining Tion in 2019, Christoph already worked together with our Co-CEO Martin at J.P. Morgan for several years. With great passion and a high degree of critical thinking, he runs our investment activities. He holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration from University of Mannheim and a M.Sc. in Management from University of Mannheim and ESSEC Business School.

A dynamic company dedicated to making a real impact in accelerating the energy transition by investing in infrastructure and businesses.

What makes Tion special?

That’s an easy one. Our amazing team. Every day, I feel privileged to work together with such a group of dynamic, outstanding and candid individuals.

What is society’s biggest challenge in the next decade?

The decarbonization of our energy system to fight climate change. We need to radically and quickly change the way our energy system works, which will be a huge challenge.
